We had a 2pm check-in we arrived 10 minutes early and then were told that they couldn't give us a time when the room would be ready.

We had to take a seat and wait for text, so about 45 mins later we finally got a text message to say it was ready.

The room was quite spacious and very well decorated and clean. The view from the 11th floor was quite nice, amenities- like the TV, nescafe machine , bathrobes and slippers are good.

Room service staff are 5 Star so polite and nice and very helpful. The food from the Room service was good as well. The downside about this room is the God awful beds!!

They are sooo Soft that you virtually fall into it or off it, it was the worst night sleep that I have had on a bed and I can sleep anywhere, I ended up resorting to sleeping on the floor.

They have lots and lots of Room for improvement, I expect more from a 5 star hotel. As I can't give a half a star on here its just 2.

A pretty good experience. The hotel was really nice and modern. Good features and friendly staff, the view was good from level The beds were so comfy and you just melt into it.

The variety of restaurants within the complex ranged from budget conscious to lavish with something to suit every persons need. I would highly recommend for a couple who wish to be spoilt and pampered for a weekend.
